I have worked in the Customer Service industry the last several years . I gained a lot of valuable skills during this time: working with a team in a fast paced environment, active listening skills, and speaking and explaining things clearly. I've been ready to pursue a new career, and from previous experience in the Tax and Accounting profession, I remembered how much I love critical thinking and complex problem solving. I've always had a passion for technology, so Development really brings the best of both worlds together for me.
